At The Salt Range, we’re committed to delivering your order swiftly, securely, and with care. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details when applicable. We operate Monday through Friday, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days, and express shipping is available for faster delivery. 

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. The Salt Range is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us promptly at support@thesaltrange.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.
